PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Standard Bracelet Domestic Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time is 1-5 business days from shipment (depending on shipping method selected at checkout). For rush orders, overnight mail is offered at checkout. Custom Domestic Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Delivery time is 1-5 business days from shipment (depending on shipping method selected at checkout). For rush orders, overnight mail is offered at checkout.
Standard and Custom International Orders are processed and shipped within the same timeframe as Domestic orders. Delivery time for international orders is 14-30 business days (depending on shipping method selected at checkout).

PACKAGING
All of our bracelets are shipped with our custom Bracelet Therapy hang-tag attached. We elegantly package each bracelet in a custom organza draw-string bag, and package them in a custom mailer, as to protect the bracelet from damage during shipping. If the bracelet is a gift, we can include a heartfelt handwritten gift-card as well!
RETURNS
Bracelet Therapy graciously accepts returns or exchanges for any reason within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with a store credit or a gift card will be refunded in store credit. Clearance items and Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We ask that all merchandise being returned be packaged appropriately so as to avoid damage to the product. Once received, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days (if credit card refund, please check with your credit card company for processing times on their end). If an exchange is requested, we will gladly ship out a replacement bracelet of your choice upon receipt of your return.
BRACELET CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your bracelets looking like-new, store them in a cool, dry location such as a jewelry box or cloth bag. Please remove your bracelets before contacting water or any chemical products. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean you bracelets if needed.
When putting your bracelet on and off, simply roll it over your wrist and do not overstretch it. This will help ensure the longevity of your bracelet.
Tarnishing of gold and silver plated products may be accelerated when coming into contact with water, lotion, perfume, and other chemical products. A high PH in your skin will also enhance tarnishing. Also please note that it is also not uncommon for gold and silver plated products to begin fading after being worn often.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our bracelets. Simply contact us and let us know that you would like to utilize the Lifetime Warranty to repair or refresh your bracelet, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
